Grant writing is a strange and necessary bureaucratic art form – long applications, strict guidelines, and translating vital work by passionate people into something a funder will actually approve. I’m good at that translation. I’m new to doing it professionally, which means I’m building my portfolio alongside small nonprofits willing to take a chance on someone who’s still learning — and in exchange, I bring real effort, genuine care, and rates that reflect where I’m at.
I’m not interested in helping every nonprofit. I’m interested in the ones doing work that challenges the status quo and upends “business as usual” — organizing, resisting, and building something better. If that’s you, let’s talk.
